Existing PACE™ Master Mix customers can fill in the Customer Sequences page of the PACE assay design template and email it to support@3crbio.com with your sequence(s) and targeted polymorphism(s), and we’ll design assays that are compatible with our PACE™ Master Mix.

PACE™ Multiplex Master Mix is supplied at 2x concentration for convenience and is supplied with the ROX normalising dye at either high level (500nM working concentration), low level (25nM working concentration), standard ROX (150nM working concentration) or without ROX. The reporting dyes include FAM, HEX, ATTO 550 and ATTO 647N.
